Annual habitation checks aren’t just important but a necessity to give you peace of mind. 

As a Motorhome or Caravan owner you need to know the condition of your vehicle before embarking on long trips with family and friends, that it is safe and that everything is operating correctly. Regular checks also surface any issues early, avoiding later costly repairs from events such as water ingress.

An MCCM Habitation Service covers the living area component of your motorhome or caravan.  It is a thorough check  of gas systems, appliances, roof lights and windows, water tanks, safety systems and damp testing.

When completed, a detailed report will be provided, noting observations, recommendations and any repairs carried out.

MCCM engineers are fully mobile and can carry out a comprehensive habitation service at your home, storage facility or pitch. We can even provide portable power if mains electric is not available. 

For motorhomes the service does not cover any aspects of the vehicle itself such as oil, fluids, brakes etc. For caravans a Chassis Service can be combined with the habitation check.
